My name is John Baxter, and I am the founder of Boomfit Strength Club. I am a certified functional strength and conditioning coach with advanced qualifications โ€” including Kettlebell Specialist Levels 1 and 2, and Level 1 Weightlifting Specialist.

With 14 years of coaching experience, I've collaborated extensively with sports psychologists and physical therapists to develop a comprehensive approach to training.

My training philosophy is rooted in the belief that strength is the foundation of a capable, balanced, and resilient life. I built BoomFit around one idea: training that evolves with you โ€” not something you outgrow.
